closets. A Drying Room 20' 0" X 11' 0" is conveniently planned on this floor and is in within easy reach of all

bedrooms.

7. All the bedrooms have a 10' 0" wide verandah on two sides to which access is gained through French casements.

8. Every room on both floors has its own fireplace the surrounds to which are of polished mahogany made in England

and are of well seasoned timber.

9. The constructional joinery throughout in windows, jalousies, doors, etc., is of polished teak and generally is of sound execution and construction. The floors are also

of stained and polished teak.

10. The service arrangements are well planned and consist of Kitchen 21' 0" X 21' 6", Pantry 23' 10" X 12'10", Silver & Wine Closet 8' 6" X 12' 0", Scullery 9' 0" X 13' 0" and in addition there are ample servants quarters for "boys",

coolies and amahs.

11. The house is about 30 years old and the fabric general- ly is in good condition though white ants have attached the timber roof and floors necessitating renewals estimated to cost approximately £750, 0. 0.

12. It is estimated that the annual maintenance cost of the buildings would be about £500. 0. 0. per annum.
